FORMER Pakistan cricket captain Imran Khan was facing the prospect of a long prison term last night after being shifted from police custody to one of the country's most notorious jails. Mr Khan, 55, leader of the small Tehrik-in-Insaaf (Justice) party and an outspoken critic of Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf, was taken under heavy guard to the Kot Lakhpat jail on the outskirts of Lahore.
